Ceremony, drinks, dinner and dancing, all in one place at Cripps Barn. We are still putting the finer details of the day together, so the timings will appear here once they are set. For now: keep the whole day and night free.

A beautiful old Cotswold stone barn just outside Bibury. Ceremony, dinner and dancing all happen there, so once you arrive you can stay put. Parking is free on site and cars can be left overnight. It is down country lanes, so allow a little longer than the satnav claims, and be warned that phone signal can be patchy. We will add the nearest station and a couple of local taxi numbers here nearer the time.

Where to Stay
The Cotswolds in August is peak season, so book as early as you can. These are the barn's own recommendations, nearest first. Tap one to see where it is.
If you are feeling brave, you can also camp for free in the field behind the barn. Bring a tent, and let us know so we can point you to it.

Gifts
Honestly, having you there is the present. We have lived together long enough to own more mugs than cupboards, so there is no list of things. If you would like to give something all the same, we are saving for our first home, and anything towards the deposit would mean the world. One day we will have you round to see what it bought.
There will be a card box on the day too, if you would rather bring something with you.

Questions
Can I bring a plus one?+
Your invitation names everyone we've saved a seat for. If it says “& guest” then absolutely — otherwise we've had to keep numbers tight, and we hope you understand.
Are children welcome?+
Children named on your invitation are very welcome. Otherwise we're keeping the day mostly grown-up, so take it as a night off.
What should I wear?+
Formal. Suits and dresses. Drinks are outdoors on grass and gravel, so heels may need a thought, and a barn in the evening is cooler than you expect — bring a layer.
Can I camp?+
You can, and it's free: there's a field behind the barn for tents. Tell us if you're planning to so we can point you to it on the day.
Is there parking?+
Yes, free on site. Cars can be left overnight and collected the next morning. The lanes in are narrow, so do not follow the satnav blindly if it sends you down a farm track.
What about gifts?+
Your being there is the present. We're not doing a list of things. If you'd like to give something all the same, we're saving for our first home, and anything towards the deposit would mean the world. The link is in the Gifts section above.
Can I wear white?+
Not if you value your life.
Dietary requirements?+
You'll be able to tell us when your invitation arrives, and we'll pass it straight to the caterers.
Can I take photos?+
During the ceremony, please keep phones away — we've a photographer for that. After, take as many as you like and share them with us.
