Ceremony & reception
Aldsworth, Gloucestershire
The Cotswolds, United Kingdom
Ceremony, dinner and dancing all happen in the one set of barns, so once you arrive you can stay put. Parking is free on site and cars can be left overnight. It is deep in the countryside down single-track lanes, so allow a little longer than the satnav claims, and be warned that phone signal is patchy once you turn off the main road. We will add the nearest station and a couple of local taxi numbers here nearer the time.

20 to 25 minutes
A little further out with more choice, from small hotels to B&Bs. Easy enough with a taxi at the end of the night.
Various
If you are coming as a group, a cottage for the weekend works out well and there are lots nearby. TODO: add a link once we have a favourite.

Dress code
Formal: suits, and dresses long or short. Part of the day is outside on grass, so a thought for heels and a layer for the evening are both wise.
Our bridesmaids are in blush, so if you would rather not clash, that is the one colour to steer around. White is, as ever, spoken for.
The awkward bit
Having you with us is genuinely the present. If you would like to give something anyway, we are putting anything received towards our honeymoon, and there will be a link here nearer the time.
Anything else
Your invitation names everyone we've saved a seat for. If it says “& guest” then absolutely — otherwise we've had to keep numbers tight, and we hope you understand.
Children named on your invitation are very welcome. Otherwise we're keeping the day mostly grown-up, so take it as a night off.
Formal. Suits and dresses. Drinks are outdoors on grass and gravel, so heels may need a thought, and a barn in the evening is cooler than you expect — bring a layer.
Yes, free on site. Cars can be left overnight and collected the next morning. The lanes in are narrow, so do not follow the satnav blindly if it sends you down a farm track.
From 1:30pm. The ceremony starts at 2pm sharp and the doors close — please don't be the person we're all waiting for.
Your being there is the present. If you'd like to give something, there's a contribution to our honeymoon on the details page.
Tell us in your RSVP and we'll pass it straight to the caterers.
During the ceremony, please keep phones away — we've a photographer for that. After, take as many as you like and share them with us.
